Amanda Ramirez is a dedicated and experienced leader with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector, following an earlier career in government. With a proven record of advancing organizational missions and fostering community partnerships, Amanda has consistently brought vision and strategic leadership to her roles, creating impactful and sustainable change. She is deeply committed to community-centered work, with a passion for addressing social inequities and providing resources to underserved populations. 

Amanda’s leadership is rooted in values of integrity, humility, and inclusivity. Whether developing new community programs, expanding organizational reach, or serving as a public advocate, Amanda ensures that the people she serves remain at the heart of every decision. 

Her professional journey began in the public sector, where she worked closely with state legislators, managing constituent relations, policy initiatives, and overseeing critical operations. This governmental experience provided her with a keen understanding of policy-making, advocacy, and public relations, which she continues to draw upon in her work today. 

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Amanda is passionate about volunteering and traveling with her daughter, sharing meaningful experiences that emphasize community service and giving back. She is committed to teaching her daughter the value of philanthropy and the importance of supporting others. As a certified Divemaster, Amanda finds balance through time with her family and activities that help her stay centered and focused on what matters most.
