Andrew Rappold is an AmeriCorps VISTA volunteer and the Grant Coordinator and Writer for the “I Have a Dream” Foundation of Dallas. He brings with him two undergraduate degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and seven years of varied work experience with a focus on high school youth engagement; he has been a nature guide, English teacher in France, and worked with the Dallas community as an employee of the Plano Public Library System. To him, education is an invaluable gift to the next generations and wishes to support that in any form. Beyond work he is an avid fan of hiking and rock climbing, reading and writing novels, and playing video games with his friends scattered across the globe.
